Encourage ‘away from the desk’ breaks Taking breaks from work allows the body to regain energy and the brain to regain concentration and memory that difficult work tends to diminish. You should allow full lunch break to refuel and recuperate along with multiple 10-20 minutes breaks throughout the workday to boost your employees’ productivity in every way. Short nap enhances quality and quantity of work. Be the boss who slides a pillow and offers comfort instead of the one who just cracks the whip.
